We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Terms of Use.
You are advised to review the Terms of Use periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms of Use are effective when they are posted on this page.
Terms
- You understand that the authors of the Software are not affiliated to Instagram in any way.
- It should be understood that your usage of the Software is voluntary.
- The Software should not be used to engage in follower exchange programs, spam, fake accounts, or harassment
- You understand that your IGdm Pro License can only be used on one machine at a time.
- The IGdm Pro License is a monthly subscription and is renewed every 30 days after your previous payment.
- Any errors or problems that may occur in relation to the use or installation of the Software should not be accounted to IGdm and its operators
- The authors and operators of the Software are not to be held accountable for the violation of any version of the Instagram Terms of Use in any way.
- The Software is provided as-is, and without guarantees to its operation.
- You agree that your network connection will be used by the Software in order to download data.
- You agree that the Software will store data on your computer as described in our Privacy Policy.
